Hotel The Nest

I checked in smoothly at about 10:30 PM, and late check-ins were allowed, but after my long journey I couldn't get any food. I asked for a meal and was told the restaurant was closed, with no other food service. People were in the restaurant, but refused to give us food. I ended up going to bed hungry all night. There was no room service late at night either. I called many times asking for water, but nobody answered or came. At check-in they were welcoming, but by midnight I couldn't tell where the staff had gone. There wasn't even a light available. This lack of food and late-night service really affected my stay, and I'd warn anyone arriving late. I can't recommend it for late arrivals.

They act as if handing over a room is a favour, and the staff were unprofessional. The worst part was finding that they entered my room while I wasn't there. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay. The rooms were nice, sheets and rooms were clean, service was on point, and the staff were lovely. They delivered food on time and were always available. It's a prime location, has great food, and is among the best options in the budget. I don't understand the negative reviews about the staff and rooms. If you're looking for an affordable stay, I highly recommend it. Just discuss parking with the staff first.

A decent room and good service, with helpful staff. It's a good option near the bus terminal.
