The location and rooms are good, but the service was zero. We called six times and still weren’t given water, so we left the hotel without any. They said the kitchen was pure vegetarian, yet chicken was served at breakfast. Baadi baate ....

We went to Shobla Royale for dinner and really enjoyed it. The place was clean and hygienic, the atmosphere was nice, and the food was tasty and freshly made. We didn’t stay in the rooms, so I can’t speak to those. I’d recommend it if you’re visiting for a meal. 😊

The room price was extremely high and completely unjustified for what we got. The room wasn’t clean at all, the bedsheets and washroom were in poor shape, and the overall hygiene was bad. The intercom didn’t work, so reaching reception was difficult. Service was extremely poor, and the staff had a terrible attitude with no professionalism. It feels like management only cares about money, not guest comfort or satisfaction. Not recommended, a waste of money and time.
