The staff and manager were courteous, obliging, and focused on guests. Service was excellent, and breakfast was good. Our room had a comfortable balcony overlooking the gardens, partly enclosed, and was spacious, clean, and nicely cool. The bed was comfortable, and the shower had lovely hot water. It's a wonderful small resort, and I'd definitely return.

We spent New Year at Kumarakom Heritage Resort as a family and had a relaxing, peaceful stay without disturbance. The staff were polite, helpful, and treated us well. There was a small issue with hot water, but they fixed it quickly. Breakfast the next morning was very good, and extra requests arrived promptly. We were very satisfied with the pleasant experience.

We marked our wedding anniversary at Staying Resort, and they arranged everything perfectly. Ms. Bency deserves special thanks for planning it so well and making the day memorable. The hospitality and service were great. Highly recommended!

The food was great, and everyone was helpful, which made our stay even better. Salman was a gem when he served us during the meal. Kumarakom Heritage has a beautiful location and well-maintained rooms, and I had a really good stay.

Those gardens were the best part for me, and they made up for being a little way out of town. I stayed two nights in December 2025 at this lovely heritage hotel. The staff were accommodating and even let me feed the koi in the pond. Because I arrived during the state elections, the restaurant was closed, but the owners arranged rides to and from a restaurant in town. My room was comfortable. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and without your own vehicle you’ll need to arrange transport.
