OYO Flagship 37018 Kutumbakam Guest House

The rooms were decent, and food was reasonably priced and available in the room. The place is pet friendly. Still, I'd book directly instead of using Oyo. The desk manager refused to honor the room price Oyo had quoted, saying Oyo listed rooms for much less than he would charge. He wouldn't confirm that on the call through Oyo's service number. Since I was worried the room might be cancelled if I insisted on Oyo's rate, the whole experience left a bad taste. These rooms are used for Covid quarantine.

The room was clean and neat, and the washroom was properly maintained too. The people managing the place were good. I took off a star because reception was less responsive during wedding season, when they were busy handling wedding guests and weren't giving other guests proper attention. Still, I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a good stay near saguna more Danapur.

The rooms are spacious, the lighting is just right, and I couldn't find any flaws. The hotel is newly built, with impressive infrastructure, upkeep and service. It's near Shaguna More, quite close to Patliputra Stations, though a little far from Patna. The manager was very polite, and the employees are professional and considerate of people's feelings. I'm thankful to the owner and the management team.

I was initially concerned about cleanliness, but the rooms and the rest of the property turned out to be very neat. Staff were professional and well behaved, even without a dress code. I stayed for about 8 hours with my partner after booking through OYO. Check-in and checkout were smooth and contactless. The location is correctly marked on Google, just inside the road beside the ICICI Bank (Saguna more) branch, and there are two entrances. There's a lift, good AC and electricity backup. The room had a geyser, slippers, electric kettle, room service, food menu, TV, cupboard, plugged-in mosquito repellent and landline. They provided a fresh towel, but no soap or complimentary water bottle. I didn't use the Wi-Fi or restaurant, so can't comment on those. I'd consider staying here again when needed.
