Vaigai Residency

There aren’t any breakfast options, but everything else was okay. We stayed as a family with two children and had a pleasant time. After a long day of travel, check-in was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. Our Standard Triple room was clean, spacious, and comfortable for all of us.

Breakfast isn’t included, but there are plenty of options nearby. The hotel is right in front of the railway station and has basement parking. Rooms and washrooms were clean and well maintained. A good place to stay overall.

The receptionist discouraged online app bookings, saying the online slots were gone, and asked us to book directly for a higher price for the same room. We tried booking online anyway, and it was accepted at a lower price. The property is right beside Salem railway station, and the A2B food track is nearby too. The rooms were neat and clean, and it’s good value for money.

We used this as a transit hotel for one night with family, then continued our journey. The triple family room was spacious, neat, and clean. Even though it’s right opposite the railway station, we didn’t hear any train noise. The hotel’s own parking was helpful too.
