It's close to the bus stand, but that doesn't make up for the condition of the place. The rooms and bathrooms were filthy, with bugs, cockroaches, and foul-smelling black water. The sheets and blankets were dirty, and toiletries weren't provided. From outside it looked decent, but inside it was old, unpainted, and badly maintained. Pigeons could be heard through the window AC, adding to the discomfort. The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, and refused to return advance payments, saying, “Do whatever you want.” Guests have also reported broken bathroom doors, no cleaning service, and confirmed bookings where no room was available. I wouldn't consider it suitable for families or couples, and the unhygienic conditions pose a serious health risk. Don't waste your money or risk your health here. Find somewhere better.

Zero stars for this room. It was terrible, and the hospitality was the worst I've experienced. The receptionist behaved badly and showed no respect. I wouldn't recommend it even if they offered the room for free.

The rooms were filthy, with bugs and cockroaches, and the bedsheets were very dirty. The receptionists were rude, too. We paid an advance, but they wouldn't return it. One of them said, “Do whatever you want, I'll not return the advance.” We spent 30 minutes moving between rooms in the same lodge, then were told there'd be no refund because we'd rested there. In the end, we never got our advance back, and the place was still dirty. They could at least have used the money to clean one room. Check the reviews before checking in.

The receptionist handled customers in a way I didn't expect, and the rooms were unclean, poorly maintained, and had broken amenities. All in all, a terrible experience.

The only real plus was being near the bus stand. The AC cooled well, but it was a window unit and I could sometimes hear pigeons in it. The room and bathroom weren't clean, there were bugs and cockroaches, and the place wasn't well maintained. The outside looked renovated and new, but the rooms were old and hadn't even been repainted. The receptionist behaved terribly and didn't know how to treat a family couple. I wouldn't recommend staying here as a couple or family, and I won't be coming back.
