Riverside Retreat

We only had a short stay, so we missed the paid canoe and boating options. The kitchen was equipped for cooking, though we chose to order from Zomato. The host was sweet and accommodating, and the place was well maintained. I'd love to return, perhaps with my parents so they can enjoy it too. The setting was serene and beautiful, surrounded by nature while still accessible to the city. Sitting outdoors by the backwater with morning tea and listening to the birds made my day. That tea is an important part of my morning, and the view made it special :)

My parents and I spent two days here this month. The patio beside the river was our favorite part, with an amazing backwater view. It's such a calm, beautiful place that I think people of any age would enjoy it. The house was tidy and had all the amenities needed for a longer stay. The owner was friendly and answered our questions within minutes. We'll definitely come back.

The villa was peaceful and scenic, with lovely views of the backwaters and a comfortable mix of local charm and space. Infanta Mam made the stay special. She helped arrange a boat ride and some fresh toddy for us to try, and shared useful suggestions for shopping for sarees and mundus. She's a very active lady, and her hospitality and attention to detail made a big difference. I'd highly recommend the place for a relaxing or cultural visit to Kochi. Shall visit soon.
