OYO 42776 Royal King

There’s no drinking water provided, and the bathroom in room 105 had two problems: its door wouldn’t lock and the water wouldn’t drain. The rates for one night were high, and the man at reception was very rude. I wouldn’t choose this place for a family stay. It seems the hotel gets bookings because it has little competition nearby. Please don’t expect the service you request, and I’d ask others to avoid staying here.

I ignored the reviews and ended up very disappointed. Even with an online booking, the receptionist wouldn’t let me stay unless I paid him an extra 300. He said I could pay more or leave and find somewhere else, and seemed to rely on there being few hotels nearby. I found the place unfriendly for families and women. If you’re stranded there at night, it could be dangerous, so take the reviews into account and decide carefully.

The room chairs were dirty, and the bedsheet was torn. The bathroom had no hook for hanging clothes, and the cistern’s water tank cover was broken. There wasn’t an AC remote in the room, so I couldn’t adjust the cooling.

The rent was really high, and they’re very good at bargaining, so don’t trust them. The bathroom had hot water, but it wasn’t clean. The AC and TV seemed to be there just for show because neither worked. Such a bad experience, and the service was very, very poor.
