Sajjan Bagh Resort Kumbhalgarh

The resort grounds and rooms are attractive, and the location is nice, but the food and service didn’t live up to the prices. Lunch was passable, though it arrived slowly, and after it was served we still had to wait for basics like plates and spoons. The White Alfredo Penne Pasta at dinner was bland and didn’t seem properly made. Breakfast was the low point, with several items that didn’t taste good and an experience below what I’d expect at this kind of resort. Two staff members couldn’t answer questions about the menu and went to check with senior staff. They later said they’d only just joined and didn’t know it yet. New staff need time to learn, but guests should still get confident, professional service. With shakes and buttermilk around ₹250 + GST, I expected much better quality and service.

We had a great family break here. There’s lots of space, it was clean, and we felt the resort was safe for the kids. The food had plenty of variety and tasted great, and everyone looked after us so well that we’d love to return. It’s also a lovely, peaceful place to unwind. The resort is well kept, the staff made us feel welcome, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway!

The mountain views and fresh air made mornings especially lovely, and the resort’s wide grounds gave us plenty of room to walk around and enjoy activities with family and friends. It wasn’t crowded, which added to the calm atmosphere and made it a good place to switch off from city life. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely furnished with the facilities we needed. The pool was large and well cared for, and there’s a separate play area for children. Staff service was very good throughout, and the spa added another relaxing touch. A peaceful spot for family time and a break from the usual rush.

Bharatsingh Rathod from the food service team was especially courteous and attentive, and his care really added to our stay. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and Sajjan Bagh Resort has lovely views all around. It’s peaceful and well maintained, a great place to relax.
