The manager, Mani, was awful to deal with and seemed to have no idea how to treat a customer. The room itself was filthy, dusty, and a complete mess, and it went without power for half the time. It looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’d sooner sleep under a streetlight, even if there were no other options. Thank you.

I stayed for nine days and won’t be coming back. I’d expected to return because this seemed like a good, reasonably priced spot near Baga beach and Titos lane, but the manager’s rudeness changed my mind. He first asked us to pay more than the room rate we’d booked through oyo. Then, when a cousin briefly came by to drop off some things for home and left, they charged us another 1000 rs for no reason. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and never had this kind of trouble. They kept trying to get more money without telling us in advance, and weren’t polite to guests. Now I understand why people leave one-star reviews about how they’re treated. They need proper hotel management lessons. I won’t stay here again and don’t recommend it at all. If you want a good time in Goa, choose somewhere better, especially if the manager is involved.

We were there for three days, sleeping without a fan every night because the power kept going out. When we raised it, the staff blamed us for complaining. Breakfast was included in the booking, but they kept saying the kitchen was closed. The rooms were extremely dirty, the sheets had stains, and the staff were very rude. I can’t understand how the hotel got such a good rating. Staying here in Goa was a terrible decision.

The bed had blood spots on the sheets, which should have been cleaned properly before a new guest checked in. I didn’t have a personal bad experience at reception, but I disliked this. The only real benefit of staying here is that Baga beach is about 200m away. There’s no room service and no facilities. I heard reception turn travelers away if their app booking was for less than 1500, though I booked through an app myself.
