This was my second visit, and I still find the place refreshing and relaxing, with clean air among tall trees and spice gardens. It’s a welcome change from city noise, pollution, and concrete. The property has its own charm and identity that keeps bringing me back. Plan to arrive after noon but before evening if you want to enjoy the views. I’d suggest staying at least two or three days. The restaurant food was clean, well presented, not oily, and easy on the stomach. Anjana listened generously to our food requests and adjusted dishes to our taste, while Navneet helped with choices and servings. Anil Kumar was friendly and knowledgeable, sharing interesting details about the property and area. Chef Sanal prepared very good food. Arjun from reception took us for a walk through the plantation. We got to handle and smell different spices, a lovely experience for kids to see how they grow. We saw bay leaves used in biryani, cardamom, cloves, vanilla, coffee beans, turmeric, black pepper, lemongrass, rosemary, and several other herbs, fruits, and plants, including some specific to the area.

We booked the resort for our wedding, and the stay and arrangements were smooth and convenient. The team handled the prayer hall and photography setup, and we got some really beautiful pictures. The property is spacious, with 26+ rooms and cottages, so it works well for weddings and family gatherings. PRO Anil Kumar and Arjun gave us outstanding support and coordination throughout the event. Their dedication, service, and hospitality were excellent. Highly recommended for special occasions.

The tree house was one of the most special parts of our family trip. Waking up surrounded by nature and spending time together in the calm was such a unique experience. Carmelia Haven resort was beautiful, peaceful, and well organized. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and the food had a good variety and tasted fresh. Staff were friendly, polite, and ready to help from the moment we arrived. We had a memorable stay and would love to visit again.

We spent five days at Carmelia Haven Plantation Resort and tried three kinds of accommodation: two days in the Plunge Pool Villa, two in the Plantation Villa, and one magical day in the Tree House. Each had its own character, was well maintained, and gave us comfort, privacy, and a close connection with nature. The team’s coordination really stood out. Staff knew how long we were staying, where we were staying, and even what we preferred. That personal attention reflected the resort’s care and management. From the start, we were greeted warmly, and check-in was quick and easy. Meals were delicious throughout. Mr. Magesh and Ms. Anjana at the restaurant were especially professional, kind, and attentive, making each meal feel special. The beautiful surroundings, luxurious rooms, and genuine hospitality left us with wonderful memories. We felt cared for and at home, and will definitely return. Highly recommended for a peaceful luxury break in nature.
