For the price, the room was very good. Toni made the stay in Thekkady a much better experience for us, though. He speaks very good English and recommended things we could do, so we got the most out of our visit. He’s a kind, warm-hearted person. Before we left for munnar, we booked another night with him.

The owners are extremely kind, cordial, and helpful, and there’s an auto stand right outside the hotel. It’s a great location, with clean, spacious rooms full of natural light and parking on site. The main town spots are only a short walk away. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, so they only serve tea and coffee, but plenty of veg and non-veg restaurants are close by. The Mudra cultural centre, where you can see Kalaripayattu and Kathakali-Mohiniyattam fusion shows, is 8-10 mins away on foot. You can book tickets for the shows at the hotel reception. If you’re in Thekkady, give this hotel a try.
