The prices on MMT seemed overhyped. The rooms were tiny, dirty, and full of cockroaches, and the bathroom was so small that one person could barely stand in it.

The market is only a couple of meters away, and Anna Busstand is within walking distance. Rooms are clean and spacious, with covered parking available. A good hotel in Nagarkoil city.

We left in the middle of the night with our kid after checking out of this room. The bed and bedspread were dirty, bugs were crawling all over the wardrobe, and the room felt like a dungeon. It also made us itchy. The receptionist was rude when we asked for a refund and wouldn’t take responsibility. We had to give one star. Please don’t be tempted by the attractive price, even though the hotel is in a prime location.

The room smelled bad and the bedspread wasn’t clean. They gave us no towel or soap, and when we asked about the TV, they said it wasn’t included in our package. The staff behaved terribly. I asked whether online bookings meant customers were assigned some of the worst rooms, and they said that was the case.
