At about ₹650 a day for a non-AC double room, the price is affordable. The lodge is a short walk from the main road, with public transport easy to find. Still, there are some hassles: no free drinking water, a broken bathroom door lock, and hot water that doesn't always come through. They sometimes switch off the electricity, so you have to ask them to turn it back on. It doesn't serve food, so I wouldn't really call it a hotel.

After we checked in, one staff member called us asking for money for a personal problem. He promised to return it the next day when we checked out. That evening he called several times asking for more, and wouldn't leave us alone when we tried to make an excuse. At checkout he wasn't there, and his phone was switched off when we called. We ended up waiting an extra hour to get our money back. Really cheap behavior.

There isn't a lift, which could be hard for older guests, and even soap costs extra. Our room was fine, and there was cool drinking water available. The AC was faulty, though it still kept the room cool enough. It's not far from Nagercoil railway station. Okay for what it is, just don't expect too much.

The staff were warm and helpful, and the service was great. There's no restaurant at the lodge, but plenty of hotels nearby. It's somewhat close to Nagercoil railway station, and good value for the price. A good option if you're after a budget hotel with friendly staff.

I bought a refrigerator and a mobile phone at the Nagercoil outlet and was very happy with the experience. The products were excellent quality and branded, and the staff supported my enquiries from the moment I entered until I left. Special thanks to Mr.Muthukumar, Mr. Murugesh & Mr. Karan, and the whole team. Great customer support, plus delivery and installation. I'm very satisfied.
