This is one of the oldest hotels in Nagercoil, with a rooftop garden restaurant and a bar that's separate from the restaurant, so there's no need to worry about them being mixed together. The parking area is tiny, enough for only three cars. The dishes are expensive, and both the quantity and taste fell short.

They list the property on an online platform but refused to let me stay when I arrived to check in. The staff were extremely rude, and the location is very bad. It was one of my worst experiences.

The rooms are old and small, and the bathroom cleanliness was very poor. Parking barely fits around six cars. Online listings show a rooftop restaurant, but it's closed, so you have to go out for food. Families should avoid this place.

I paid in full for a room through Oyo but wasn't given one. At midnight, three drunk men at reception told me I had no common sense. Oyo also didn't respond properly. I had to book somewhere else, and they still haven't refunded me. Avoid this hotel to save your money and time.

The staff at this bar in Nagercoil are rude and show customers no respect. They even eat snacks while people are sitting at the tables. It's the worst bar in the city. I'd strongly advise the owner to transfer it to tasmac, it would be a better brand.
