The hall wasn’t ready on time, which delayed our event, and staff offered no support throughout. There was no parking either. It also hadn’t been cleaned before the function, yet we were charged an extra cleaning fee. The kitchen was in very poor shape, with leaking pipes that made it hard and unhygienic to use. Management felt careless and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend the hall without major improvements to the facilities and service.

The hotel has spacious rooms, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere with good food. It wasn’t crowded when I was there, which makes me wonder if the property is being promoted enough. Maybe holding events there would help. It’s a good hotel, but it hasn’t spread widely. Best of luck to them.

Getting around is convenient, with the hotel near the city center and main bus stand, and autos and other transport available nearby. I stayed for an official trip. The rooms are spacious, but service, especially in the food court, could be better. We had trouble finding a good restaurant nearby, and the hotel restaurant was a little pricey, so we ended up ordering food every day.

I stayed overnight before an early morning train after finishing some work. The room was clean and the service was good. Dinner was tasty too, I had fried rice and chicken, both cooked well.

I stayed here in February 2025, though this is a late review. From the outside the hotel looks good, but inside it was in worse shape. Everything felt old, and the restroom was pathetic, with many leaks and poor maintenance. I wouldn’t stay here again, and I’m surprised to see so many good reviews.
