Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were really good. They even let me pay after checking in, which most hotels don't. Everything else was amazing too, apart from the parking. Just be aware that the hotel entrance is up the stairs on the second floor.
I wish there were a negative-star option with a big red mark for Jass stay. The reason they don't take online payment pretty much says it all. Disgusting.
The staff were okay, but the stay itself was horrible. When I asked for water, they flatly refused to give me any.

The hotelier was rude and completely illogical, and they usually refuse check-ins. This place is shameful. Please remove it from OYO, and don't book here.
