The bathroom door couldn’t close because there was so little space, and the room itself was tiny, with barely enough room to walk straight. It was on the third floor with no lift, so going up and down repeatedly wasn’t practical. The room had no window or ventilation, no water, no wifi, and the TV didn’t work. They charged for an AC room, but the AC wouldn’t turn on. When I called the helpdesk, they didn’t answer and cut the call. The bedsheet, towel, pillows, and blanket smelled. Staff were rude and unhelpful. It was an extremely bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. If you’re okay with being moved to another hotel without your consent, go ahead and stay.

The bathrooms and toilets weren’t tidy. At check-in, the reception contact, 'Mr. King/Prince ', was very polite, but after I checked in he became extremely rude. He keeps the phone cradle off, so you can’t call him from your room and have to go out to order food. When I ordered, he answered rudely. I’d rather sleep on the road than stay here.

The rooms are like rat holes, with hardly any space to move, and the AC doesn’t work properly. There’s no wifi in the rooms, hospitality is poor, and the staff are incompetent. The manager is walking around in lingerie. I suspect there may be hidden cams in the rooms. The ratings and reviews seem fake. Worst experience.

The hotel’s location is good, and we accepted the small, stuffy room, even though it had only a bed and no table or chair. The bathroom was tiny too, with no exhaust fan. But service and behaviour were bad. The TV and geyser didn’t work, and my partner had a cold. There were two empty rooms on our floor, so they could have offered us a different one. I booked through Oyo for 399 and called the receptionist to check whether they’d honour that price at check-in. He said yes, but when we arrived they said it was too low. I reminded them about the call, and they said they hadn’t received it. I called the same number again in front of them, and he picked up. They eventually gave us a room. Later, as I was heading out, they asked to see the booking ID on my phone, took the phone, and excused me from the booking while giving their hotel five-star ratings on the Oyo app. I wasn’t happy with the service or how they treated us.
