Sood Stays By OYO Rooms

This hotel in Ludhiana has an unpleasant atmosphere and very unprofessional staff. They charged us the full amount, provided no breakfast, and then tried to get extra money by threatening us and saying we'd damaged the room, even though it was already like that. There were condoms in every room, and they used that as a cheap trick to accuse guests of using one and leaving it on the floor. They accused us this way and took money from us. The staff were rude and arrogant. Don't go here. It was a complete waste of time and money.

We arrived at midnight with a confirmed OYO booking, paid in advance, and were simply refused entry. They said they hadn't heard from OYO and demanded extra money for us to stay. Since we were stranded in the middle of the night, I paid the extra amount and have been trying to get a refund from the booking site. A horrible booking experience. Avoid them.

After I refused to pay double in cash for my prepaid, confirmed Oyo booking, they called 9-10 hooligans. My booking I.d was KBLZ4205, and I still haven't had the booking amount refunded. I've also filed a Police Complain with Police Commissioner Ludhiana against the hotel. Don't book a room here if you're an innocent person, especially if you're from outside Ludhiana.

Oyo feels like a waste of money after one of my worst experiences.
