Bizz Tamanna

Lunch at Bizz Tamanna was a pleasant experience. The food was very good, and the service team was attentive, professional, and quick to look after us. I appreciated how courteous everyone was and the care they took with service.

I wouldn’t recommend Bizz Tamanna in Hinjewadi Phase 1. The Wi-Fi was so poor I couldn’t work and had to switch to my mobile data. The visitor rules also felt unfriendly: guests aren’t allowed inside, so you have to go out to meet them. I haven’t come across that at a reputed hotel before. Breakfast was a letdown. It was the same three or four items each day, some were often gone, fruit was rarely available, the juice dispenser was usually empty, and the food quality was poor. Room service was painfully slow too. Even water took repeated reminders and hours to arrive. There was also a confusing price difference for water bottles. The MRP was ₹18, staff charged ₹50, and reception later said ₹40. Management seemed unconcerned about comfort or complaints, as if corporate bookings were all that mattered. There are much better options in Hinjewadi.

The source reads like a suggested review template, with placeholder dishes such as “[insert specific dishes you liked, e.g. 'biryani' or 'paneer tikka']” and a question asking whether anything should be added or changed. It describes a purported dining experience at Biz Thamma Hotel in Pune, praising the food, service, and cozy atmosphere, but it doesn’t provide a specific dish or other concrete detail.

Yashwant, who manages the restaurant, was polite, cooperative, and excellent. Breakfast had a delicious, generous spread, and the rooms were decent. Avinash at reception was humble and courteous too. I enjoyed my stay.
