The staff made my son's birthday feel special. They decorated an area with balloons and joined in the celebration, which we really enjoyed. I hadn't expected a hotel to arrange a birthday like that. We stayed two days as a family, and everyone was very helpful. The rooms were much more spacious than we expected in Mumbai. The food was really good and reasonably priced. I booked this place at random after a party and arrived very late, but the staff were well spoken and polite, and the room was clean and cozy. It's not huge, though the size is fine, and the TV actually had working channels, unlike some other hotels. Saki Naka is the closest metro station, so getting there is easy. There's plenty of parking outside if you're driving, but with construction nearby your car might be dusty by morning. It felt safe and comfortable for a couple or a family. Breakfast could be better, though the selection wasn't too disappointing.
I went to a friend's wedding here. The food was awful and very poor quality, and the catering service was really bad. The place was cramped, with no proper space and nowhere to park. Honestly, I wouldn't hold a big event at this hotel.
The staff were so nice. When we got to the room, they had left us nuts, popcorn, and cookies, and the room was clean. Breakfast was a buffet in the morning. I visited with my girlfriend on Christmas Day, and the one-day stay cost about 2000. I had an amazing experience.
The conference room had plenty of space and enough materials for the event. The food was above average, though nothing special. Service was quick and courteous. One dessert had gone sour, but they replaced it promptly after we pointed it out.
