Zo Rooms Andheri Railway Station

The furniture was falling apart, especially the broken chairs, and the room was full of cockroaches. It was damp, smelled foul, and felt badly maintained. Basic items promised in the booking, including Bisleri water bottles and an electric kettle, weren't there. I booked through MakeMyTrip and felt cheated by the photos, which seemed fake or heavily edited compared with the actual hotel. The stay at Hotel Sahar International was a complete waste of money. If cleanliness and honesty matter to you, stay away.

The location works really well if you're using buses, the metro, local trains, or autos. Service was good, and the AC, hot water, and intercom all worked. The room quality and bed didn't feel worth the price, though.

They gave us a late checkout for free when we asked and were willing to pay. The staff were very kind and humble, and the place had a homely feel. Excellent service.

The breakfast was reasonable, but the rest of the stay had plenty of issues. The rooms look old and battered, with exposed wires on cables, and the toilets need work too. The short flush didn't work, and getting the water to a comfortable temperature was a struggle. The carpets in the endless corridors were stained and smelled bad. The hotel has a maze-like layout, and after checking in I got no help or directions to room 10##. I stepped out of the elevator, couldn't find the stairs or room directions, went back down to ask, and still had to search around. The location just outside Terminal 1 is great, but the hotel needs to address these shortcomings. I was hosted by a company and felt I should flag them in the hope this brand improves.
