Hotel Signature Inn

We couldn’t stay and moved out within hours, but they wouldn’t refund our money after we cancelled. The bed smelled strongly of urine, and the place was so unhygienic that I wouldn’t recommend it to families. Water leaked all over, floors were coming apart, and plastic bags on the room ceilings didn’t stop the leaks. The hotel isn’t maintained, and the pictures look like they’re from the original construction. Staff were rude and unhelpful, with an attitude whenever we asked for anything, even help with luggage. The receptionist behaved badly too. The condition is awful. Don’t go.

They’ve changed the name to Aura Inn. The rooms are awful, aren’t cleaned, and don’t even have a fan.

My review would be minus 100. I’ve never seen a worse hotel. Even public toilets are better than its living rooms. Don’t book it.

The service was awful. We got no extra towels, soap, or complimentary water, so I had to buy water from a shop outside. We waited about 20 minutes before getting into our room, and the first one they gave us was the worst possible. Its walls were cracked, the TV didn’t work, the toilet was filthy, and a cockroach was crawling around. After I complained, they moved us to a bigger room, but that one had cockroaches too, plus mosquitoes in the bathroom. The entrance looked horrible, as if nobody had checked or maintained the doors, and the guest sofa was badly damaged. I hated this place. If you’re spending around 2k, never choose this hotel. Horrible place, staff, and rooms. The whole hotel was horrible.
