This place used to be much better, so it's disappointing to see the food quality and ambiance getting worse day by day. The taste, presentation, and dining experience have all slipped, and the service needs work too. Management should focus on food quality, cleanliness, and ambiance. I hope things improve for future customers.

I stayed in room no. 216 and paid Rs. 2500 with CP plan, but the room smelled foul the whole time, even after I used room freshener. There was no pressure in the washroom jet, and no toothpaste or brush was provided. In my two years working in corporate, I've never had such bad hotel food. I ordered mixed veg and three tandoor rotis, but could only eat one roti because the vegetables smelled bad and had far too much garam masala. If a 10% corporate discount isn't possible by market standards, then the service should at least meet those standards.

My stay was safe, peaceful, and comfortable throughout. The room was excellent, and everyone on staff, including the receptionist, was extremely polite and humble. I had a wonderful experience here.
