What keeps me choosing this property over other hotels is its location, good service, clean rooms and bedding, and the value for money. Since I found it, I've stopped staying elsewhere. I hope the owner keeps up the service and maintains the property as it is.

The room smelled terrible, the washroom flush didn't work, and neither did the heater. The in-room phone was broken too, so I had to go to reception whenever I needed something. They didn't have towels, either. The food was awful and could cause food poisoning. After paying that much, this was a complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind. Please don't come here.

Everything went smoothly, thanks in particular to Kunal. He was polite, cooperative, and quick to help throughout, making the whole process easy and hassle-free. The staff were professional and ready to assist. I'd recommend this place to others.

I've made this my regular place to stay in Noida because it's the best place and the service is fantastic. Virat Ji and his team always give the best service, and I want to thank them.

The front desk staff were very nice, but I couldn't bring myself to eat the complimentary breakfast afterward because I was worried about a serious health issue. At dinner I noticed the same bad smell in the laccha paratha that I'd smelled on the butter toast with tea earlier that evening. I left the toast, then found a piece of animal fat or meat in the paratha. It seemed to me this might have been deliberate, or that kitchen hygiene was very poor. There is something seriously wrong with the kitchen.
