The morning breakfast was good, and there's enough car parking in normal circumstances. During our stay, though, a meeting in the hall led to cars being parked irregularly, so we couldn't park ours. The lift is very slow. We stayed for two days for a function. The rooms are spacious and were kept clean, but the furniture was under maintenance. The toilets need upgrading, and there wasn't enough light in the toilet area or the room. Shower pressure was very low. They hadn't provided a bucket or mug, though with better shower pressure those might not be needed. The washbasin outlet seemed partly blocked and water wasn't flowing out.

The complimentary breakfast had a good range of vegetarian choices, and all the amenities were top-notch, from the heaters and daily replenished welcome kits to the elevators and parking. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping the spacious rooms in great condition. I had a wonderful five-day business stay at Pioneer Grand Palace. It's ideally located in the city center, with convenient access to everything. Thanks to the team for the outstanding hospitality.

There isn't any complimentary breakfast, but the rooms are kept neat, the staff are polite, and the service is very good. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The restaurant manager was very rude, and the night shift front office person didn't know how to communicate with a customer. The behavior was really pathetic. I come from a hotel background myself and have never experienced this.
