The food was tasty and hygienic, with a good variety, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and well looked after. Housekeeping did a good job each day. Staff were polite, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. Check-in and checkout were easy, with no hassle. We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness, and service, and would recommend the hotel to family and friends. We’d be happy to visit again.

The hotel is right next to the elephant park, with lots of night activities nearby, and the room had plenty of space for three adults. The front office staff, especially Ms Jasmin and Binil, went out of their way to make the stay comfortable for us three senior citizens. They even rushed our laundry and had it done within a few hours. Thank you for a memorable stay. Sundri, Malaysia.

Jasminium & Ivana sisters were always smiling and so good with us. The staff were proactive, supportive, and around whenever we needed them. It felt like they were our own relatives, and the stay had a homely feel, more than a commercial hotel. The food was good too. We had a fantastic experience.

The food really stood out. It was delicious, and the taste reminded me of Maharashtrian cuisine, which I loved. The rooms at Hotel Elephant Route in Thekkady were luxurious and very comfortable, and the friendly staff were always ready to help with a smile. I had a fantastic, relaxing stay. A great pick for good food and a premium stay in Thekkady.

A pure vegetarian restaurant is available inside the hotel, which is a big plus for vegetarian guests. Jeep safari pickup can be arranged right from the hotel, and there’s plenty of parking. The location is convenient for the Kalari Center, Kathakali Center, and Elephant Ride Center. Rooms are tidy, clean, and spacious, and breakfast was good and satisfying. Staff were very polite and welcomed us warmly, so we felt comfortable from arrival. A pleasant stay for the location, comfort, and hospitality.
