The setting was beautiful, with scenery that kept changing from early morning to nightfall. It was peaceful and relaxing, and the location felt perfect. The complex was tidy and well cared for, even the leaves were swept off the roads each morning. The pool faced the forest, though we didn’t use the amenities, which were conveniently placed. Everyone was cheerful and attentive, from management to the other staff. Our room didn’t have heating, but they fixed that straight away. The food was good, though a bit spicy for us, depending on your taste. I’d have liked more dessert choices than the two served at breakfast. Thanks to the manager, management staff and all the team for making us comfortable. Special thanks to the manager, and to Abin, Binit, Naseeb and Sibi at the restaurant. The car service between our room and all parts of the complex was fantastic, and the porters helped with our heavy luggage. The restaurant food was delicious, and its service was amazing too. The staff were so helpful, especially Vijeesh, Muthu and Jobin, who supported us at every step and did more than we expected to make the stay enjoyable. We had a great time at Forest Canopy and wish we could have stayed longer. We’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.

Sanju, Liju and Sanjay at reception made check-in and every other interaction smooth and welcoming. They were warm, professional and very helpful. Jayes also deserves special thanks for the thoughtful care, attention to detail and extra effort that lifted our stay. The room was comfortable, clean and well kept, and the hotel felt relaxed and organized. Everything from comfort to service met or exceeded what I expected. I had a fantastic stay, would happily give it five stars and recommend the hotel. I’ll definitely be back.

Sanju was great at both check-in and checkout, and all the staff were attentive and amazing. The restaurant team were incredibly accommodating and set up a table for us by the pool. Each room climbs up the mountain and has a stunning forest and mountain view. The location and scenery are epic, the value is great, and I can’t recommend it enough.

The staff and service are what make Forest Canopy stand out. Nothing was too much trouble, and they arranged last-minute trips without any fuss. They even made my birthday special with a lovely meal on a balcony. The hotel has incredible views, was spotless throughout, and served excellent food in the restaurant. Our stay was perfect, and I can’t recommend it enough.
