I came from Indore and spent four days at Hotel 4G. The food was consistently good, and the staff were very kind and polite. The service was better than I expected.

We traveled from Delhi expecting a decent stay, but what we found was shocking. The rooms were dirty, the washroom hygiene was poor, and there were cockroaches inside the room. The food fell below standard, and the prices were higher than what we'd been quoted on the phone. One of the worst hotels in Bhopal.

What appears online doesn't match the actual condition of the hotel. The washrooms were unhygienic, the rooms hadn't been cleaned properly, and the food was very bad. Staff and management seemed unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend it to guests coming from outside the area.

Service took unnecessarily long, the packaging was bad, and the food was poor quality with a bad smell. The staff were bad too, and the prices were overrated. This is the worst hotel in Bhopal. Have some shame and either close the hotel or improve its standards.

They call the food unlimited, but what they serve has no taste. A really bad experience, and I wasted both my time and money.
