Jungle Park Resorts

The room looked like it had been kept since the 1990s for archaeological research. Dust seemed permanently settled in, and cleanliness had clearly been neglected. The food was another letdown. The dishes tasted like they'd been through several reincarnations, and even the mosquitoes seemed to avoid them. After one meal, I appreciated home food, railway pantry food and even hospital food more. I expected comfort and freshness for the price, but got stress and regret instead. The “park resort nature experience” pitch didn't match the stay. The only adventure was wondering whether the room or food would get to us first. Save your money, stomach and vacation. There are plenty of better places nearby. 0 STAR IS ALSO WASTE. 0 WILL FEEL. Stayed at Jungle Park Resorts and honestly felt like I was on a survival reality show instead of a vacation. 😅 The place left me with a stronger immune system, I suppose. 🥲

The room and toilet were clean, the interior was elegant, and the balcony had a good jungle view, a relaxing area and a swing. Staff were polite and would respond to questions, though sometimes they'd neglect to provide things. There is parking, but only a few spaces. The water heating kettle was rusty inside. I asked for hot water and was told it would come in 10 minutes, but I waited 13 hours.

The natural surroundings are good, but the neglected maintenance, poor hospitality and disappointing food spoiled the stay. For a place calling itself a “premium resort,” service fell far short. Rooms felt old and poorly maintained, and basic hygiene seemed lacking in several areas. Food was one of the biggest disappointments: overpriced, bland and not fresh. Even simple dishes were poorly prepared and not worth the cost. Restaurant service was extremely slow, staff seemed careless and uncoordinated, and long waits for orders ruined the mood. I expected a peaceful premium stay, but found it very disappointing. For the same budget there are better nearby places with cleaner rooms, better food and more professional service. “A beautiful location alone cannot save a place where cleanliness, food quality, and service consistently disappoint the guests.” 🌿🍽️😔

After my endurance cycling event finished at night, I was exhausted. The manager sent staff to collect my luggage where the event ended and arranged dinner for me. I'm a solo traveller, and I really loved the service and the good food. It's a great location, very close to Kumily, and they arranged a jungle tour as well. Fantastic experience.
