I stayed for 15 days, and the room rate was reasonable. The rooms were kept neat and tidy, and water was available throughout. It’s right at Thekkady junction, with public and private vehicles and taxis available. Parking is available too.

The reception area looks quite good, and the hotel is in a prime spot in Thekaddy. The building itself feels old and poorly managed, though. Our room wasn’t clean, the bathroom taps leaked, and the door locks didn’t work. There was no hot water, so staff had to bring it in buckets. The restaurant downstairs was just average. It wasn’t a pleasant stay, and I’d only choose it if there were no other options.

There’s a North Indian restaurant here, and the food seemed okay, but I wouldn’t count on its hygiene or quality. The rooms weren’t hygienic either, and room service was very poor. The place looks like a one-star hotel, but the poor upkeep and service made the stay a face-palm experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The outside has a nice, almost star-hotel look, and it’s right in the middle of Kumily town. Inside, though, the rooms weren’t clean and housekeeping was very poor. The management wasn’t nice and didn’t respond much.

The setting was good, but this North Indian restaurant took longer than expected to get our food ready. There weren’t many customers when we visited. If you’re already hungry, this isn’t the right place.
