We loved the jungle-like view from our room, and the lawn was a lovely place to sit and relax. The pool was simple, quiet, and uncrowded, good for chilling out. Restaurant prices felt very affordable for the quality, and the chef made us very good food throughout our two days at Peppervine Thekkady. The whole team was helpful, polite, and quick to respond. Vipin in the restaurant understood our needs as pure vegetarians and helped us plan our Thekkady trip, which improved the experience. The front desk team were welcoming and helpful too, and check-in was smooth and comfortable.

Our rooms were clean, and the staff took care of every request, big or small. Vipn, our host and waiter, was especially attentive. He made sure we had what we needed, explained the different foods, and helped us try new things. The front desk team and the staff who delivered our requests were exceptional too.

We saw a sambar deer outside our room window, which was great, and the hotel itself had good rooms and a nice atmosphere. The staff were really sweet and helpful. Vipin at the restaurant went out of his way to meet our food needs and arranged fresh Jain food for my mom, which was excellent. Vignesh from the restaurant was very helpful and nice too. Must visit if you’re coming to Thekkady. PS: I don’t write reviews often, but I wanted to for this place.

The rooms were comfortable and neat, and the staff treated us courteously and helped when needed. I had a positive stay at Peppervine Hotel, Thekkady. The place is calm, and its location makes it easy to explore Thekkady. The online photos and reviews may set expectations the hotel doesn’t completely meet, though it has its own character. There’s still some room for improvement.

The views at Peppervine are amazing, and everyone was so polite and looked after us well. Breakfast was especially fresh and delicious. Noyal and Vignesh did a wonderful job. We were really pleased with our stay and would highly recommend the property.
