The host was welcoming and kept us comfortable throughout our stay. For the affordable price, this homestay in Thekkady was great value. Our spacious room had two large beds that could easily sleep four, plus a balcony. The washroom, lighting, and cleanliness were all very good.

They just handed over the room and left, and the service was poor. The TV didn't work, there was no remote, and there weren't any plates. When we asked for plates for the food we'd brought from outside, they gave us paper ones and said proper plates would cost extra. Their procedures were completely unsatisfactory, and they don't seem to understand the basics of treating customers. Only one woman at the stay spoke nicely to us. There are also rooms on the second floor but no lift, so it seems they haven't thought about how elderly guests will manage the stairs.

Mr.VIJAY looked after us like a brother and took great care of us. The staff cared about customer safety and helped new guests make sure their journey home was safe when leaving. Mr.SANTHOSH, the owner, helped us a lot and charged a reasonable price for the stay. Thank you so much, Anna! Regards.

A good, budget-friendly choice if you want a homely Kerala stay. It's not a resort. Expect a clean room, a good bathroom, and a friendly host.

The hosts were great and made our trip comfortable. At PKN Home Stay, the rooms and washrooms were spotless, and we felt very safe. Affordable too, and highly recommended for a relaxed stay in Thekkady.
