We booked a Double or Twin Room with Balcony through Agoda for one night, Dec 28-29. The owner was very courteous and helpful, and the place was clean and friendly. It's a small family-run operation with the owner and his mother, so don't expect a big hotel team for extra requests. The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a balcony overlooking the road. They provided a tea table, chairs, and a cloth hanger, and the hot water was consistent. The Periyar Tiger Reserve checkpost is a quick five-minute walk away, though the actual ticket counter takes about 10-15 minutes to reach on foot. Nearby, Periyar Tiger Cafe is well worth a visit for its great food.

We spent three lovely days at Quadiriya Palace. It was peaceful, and the hygiene, cleanliness, and service were all excellent. Mr. Mohammad Yunoos deserves a special mention for being so warm and attentive and making us comfortable throughout.

The hosts were accommodating, and the room was clean, roomy, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. We had a wonderful weekend at Quadiriya palace and highly recommend it. We'll be back in the near future.

We had a very nice family stay at Quadriya palace. The peaceful location and spacious, clean accommodation were excellent value, with a price that was unbelievably low. Mr. Younus was wonderfully hospitable and generous. We enjoyed our stay, and thank you, Mr. Younus.

Rooms are basic, but this budget-friendly property is close to the gate of Periyar National Park. Caretaker Younus bhai was extremely cooperative and helped us find good quality spices and Kerala chips at much more affordable prices.
