The highway location makes Victory Inn Park Residency easy to find and convenient for road travelers making a short stop. But the traffic noise carries on day and night, so relaxing or sleeping properly was difficult, especially for light sleepers. The rooms and facilities are basic, and cleanliness and maintenance don't stand out. It might do for a brief stay, but it wasn't peaceful or pleasant. The nearby bar also made the surroundings feel uneasy at night. There's frequent activity around the property, which could be uncomfortable for families. I wouldn't consider it a comfortable or safe choice for women travelers. With these concerns, the noise, and average facilities, I'd rate it 2 out of 5.

The restaurant was open for most of the day, and the food was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and very well maintained. I had a great experience during my few nights in Kerala and would definitely stay here again.

I later learned that Reboot Bar at Victory Inn is a local bar. When I visited during my stay, the cashier treated me rudely and disrespectfully as a customer. I hope management takes steps to ensure staff across all the businesses under its establishment act professionally and respectfully, so the business's goodwill is protected.

The location and services were amazing, and prices were very reasonable. The rooms were excellent and clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. There's also a nice spot for photos, with good lighting at night. Highly recommend it, everyone can book without a second thought.
