The pricing felt misleading. Booking apps showed me a discounted rate, but when I called the hotel directly, they quoted much more. It gave me the impression they were trying to take advantage rather than offer a fair price. When I asked about the facilities, the staff also weren’t very clear. Guests need honest, transparent prices, and I hope management improves this.

A really nice location, and the hotel is budget friendly.

The only things that worked for me were the helpful staff, the functioning AC, and the sense of security. Despite everything else, we didn’t feel unsafe. There are no meals at the property, though plenty of restaurants are outside. The room was so tiny that there was one huge bed, an uncomfortable mattress, and barely any room to walk. You could only get to the door and washroom. The washroom was usable, but the commode lid was broken. We found cockroaches in the bed and mosquitoes, and the receptionist refused to give us repellent when we asked. There’s no ventilation apart from the washroom exhaust fan, and the rooms aren’t properly insulated, so noise from other rooms kept us awake at midnight. On arrival, the receptionist gave us a cold welcome and stated a bizarre no-visitors rule. After several requests, he agreed, but only a female visitor with a female guest, and likewise for male guests. We were given four small bars of soap. This place is barely a lodge where you can sleep and use the washroom. If you’re on a very tight budget or travelling alone, you could consider it. Otherwise, skip it.

The staff were good, and the toilet was clean and hygienic. My room, number 203, had an issue with the hot water tap. The room was small but still comfortable for my stay. I’d recommend it for short stays for solo travelers or families looking for a budget friendly place.
