We stopped here briefly around midnight before a long drive back to Hyderabad, but it was a disappointing stay. The washrooms were poorly maintained, there was no water at the basin, the bedsheets hadn't been changed, and we weren't given the complimentary water bottles. The rate also wasn't reduced as we'd discussed. Reception and service staff were rude and unhelpful. We were told two extra beds were included in the ₹2,300 room rate, but they charged us another ₹300 when we arrived.

Kurnool city has plenty of places to stay. I picked this one because of the reviews and rating, and it felt worth it. The manager was understanding and the staff were considerate. Everything was clean, including the rooms, blankets, and pillow covers. I especially loved the mattress, so soft and spongy.

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom decent, and the AC worked well during my three-night stay. Breakfast was terrible, though. They brought it from a nearby restaurant despite having their own kitchen and offering complimentary breakfast. Check-in was slow too. I'd recommend it for a quick stop, especially if you have work on the outskirts of the city. Autos are only available during regular work hours.

The staff were arrogant, and room service was awful. We had to ask for towels, soap, and shampoo, and none of our rooms had them. The bathroom doors wouldn't close properly, and the other rooms had the same problem. We cancelled our booking for the next day and moved to a nearby hotel, which was much better and cheaper. Definitely avoid this place.
