The room was in terrible shape. Dust covered it so badly that we started sneezing, the mirror was hard to see through, the walls were cracked with pieces missing, and the bedsheets had hair on them. The blanket looked very old too. The room boy said only the floor had been cleaned, though even that didn't look clean. The toilet door was in bad condition, and the whole place felt almost abandoned. We saw only the receptionist and one room boy in the building. The receptionist was impolite, while the room boy quietly advised us to see the room before booking, which made us wonder how often this happens. Things had already gone badly at reception, where the welcome was unfriendly and we waited about 20 minutes for the key. The old lift was full of mosquitoes. We had booked based on the website photos, which looked great, but the reality was the opposite. It was a very bad stay. I wouldn't recommend booking here, and I personally would never return.
