Manager Ismail was welcoming and very helpful during our pleasant stay. The hotel is centrally located in Kushalnagar, with restaurants and shops easy to reach. I'd recommend it if you're after an affordable stay with the necessary amenities.

We arrived at midnight to find the place closed, so we called the receptionist using the number displayed outside. He was asleep and we'd disturbed him, but he was still very friendly. This is one of the most affordable places in coorg when visiting Golden temple, and the service was very good. The rooms are clean, though the beddings aren't. It's a good choice for families, but some things need improvement. Bring your own toiletries, since they only provide them on request. Wifi is very slow.

You really need a car and driver, or to hire a car, to see the Kushalnagar sights. The sightseeing spots are close to the hotel, but there's no other way to get around them. Food places for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are nearby. Mr Iqbal at reception handled all the guests by himself. He was polite, gave useful sightseeing guidance, and always had a warm smile. Our room was clean and quite big, the washroom was okay, and it was worth the price.
