The staff were rude, and the rooms clearly aren't maintained. Beds were stained, sheets and pillows weren't proper, and the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. Even after we asked, they didn't clean the room. Very bad service. Those five star ratings don't seem believable, they all look paid.

I’d give less than one star if I could. The management and rooms were awful, and the staff behaved terribly. There were no fans or hot water, and the rooms weren't clean.

There are plenty of food options near the hotel, and Nisargadhama is very close. I was satisfied with the stay and would recommend it.

It’s neat and good value, but they only have one AC temperature setting and don't give you the remote. If it's hot, you still have to stay at that temperature.

For a budget price, it was a very good stay. The rooms were clean and nice, the location was good, parking was available, and the food was good.
