OYO 9583 Hotel Qinn

The room service was okay, but the woman at the front desk was too rude. She needs to ask questions politely, be more understanding and professional, and know how to handle situations. We’re paying to stay there, not staying for free. The location wasn’t great. It’s almost 1 km from the metro, which is good, but the area felt very shady, so I had to book an Uber whenever I needed to go somewhere. Food also meant a bit of a walk. Our room was much too small for a family. It might work for couples staying a few hours, but it’s not a good family stay. We had to climb the stairs to the third floor after coming back from outside. That’s fine sometimes, but people come here for tours or work, and not everyone wants to get exercise.

The room was clean, but the hotel had no electricity and was full of mosquitoes. There were no towels, soap, or shampoo either. I couldn’t sleep all night.

We only stayed one night. The room was fine, with AC and hot water, though this isn’t the place if you want luxury. There’s no restaurant, but you can get food in the nearby market. The staff member was polite and helped arrange things late at night when we checked in.

We checked out after just the first day, even though we’d booked three days for 7,500/-. This place isn’t worth even 1K. It’s a residential building turned into a hotel, and the linens and pillows were so dirty they made you want to vomit. The room didn’t have working AC or TV, despite both being listed when we booked. The bathroom was tiny, with the door touching the opposite wall when opened, and the washbasin connection was broken. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel even to my enemy.
