The staff were cooperative. They changed the bedsheets straight away, cleaned the washroom, and put up a barrier in the common passage after I raised the issues. Their behaviour deserved four stars, but the hotel itself was not worthy of a stay. We were booked into room 102, which had a large window with thin curtains beside a shared passage, so privacy was easily compromised. When I asked the manager to move us, they said there were no other vacant rooms. The room had been pre-booked, but it didn't match the photos our agent showed us. The room was shabby, the toilet was unclean, and the bedsheets looked as if they had never been changed. This was in December, when a travel agency had booked the hotel for us.

The breakfast was okay, just ordinary with nothing special. The spring mattresses were poor quality and made it hard to get a restful night's sleep, which really affected the comfort of the stay and could make a trip unpleasant.

We were unsure about coming because of the mixed and negative Google reviews, but were glad we gave the place a try. It's very close to the ksrctc bus stand, the manager was friendly, and we felt safe. The free early check-in and late checkout were handy too. We arrived an hour early and left an hour late without extra cost.

I booked a deluxe double bedroom, but the service was poor and the complimentary breakfast was awful. Not worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room itself was good, but it hadn't been kept up or cleaned properly. The bed linen wasn't washed, and although the toilet had been cleaned, the bathroom walls were covered in stains. Breakfast seemed to be served just for the sake of it. The idli smelled bad, and the dining area stank.
