The food showed real care in how it was cooked, and Chef Chandan's skill came through in every flavorful bite. I ordered through Zomato, and it arrived hot, fresh, neatly packed, and on time. It felt like having restaurant-quality food at home. I'd happily order again, highly recommended for tasty, dependable delivery.

The room and washroom layout was poorly thought out, and this hotel didn't feel suitable for holding a function. We had an engagement event here, but service was badly delayed and the food quality was a disaster. The waiters seemed poorly trained, or just arrogant, and basic things weren't available. I wouldn't recommend it. The hotel's design also made me question the architect and whoever approved it. It felt more like a hotel for chhapri kind of couple.

The rooms are nicely done inside, so their somewhat small size didn't bother me much. Staff were humble and responded promptly, and both the service and food quality were good. One of the best hotels in Muzaffarpur.

Breakfast and dinner were good, but the service needs improvement, and the Wi-Fi and set-top box had issues. The rooms are spacious, though some don't have a clear window. A large part of the room is taken up by the washroom, which makes it difficult to meet a few people there.
