The rooms were in very poor condition and not properly maintained. The manager and staff were rude, uncooperative, and abusive toward guests. The room price was too high for this, and the people seemed unprofessional and didn't know how to treat guests. I suggest people don't go there.

The kitchen is good, and I liked the food served here. This is one of Muzaffarpur City's oldest hotels, on both sides of the road at Chandralok Chowk, which takes its name from the hotel. It has a large campus with rented commercial shops and offices, and it's a good place to stay.
It's easy for visitors from outside to find, and the map listing is clear. The hotel is close to Muzaffarpur junction, with convenient road connections too. The surroundings are nice, the hospitality is fine, and the room rates are moderate. Rooms are clean and well kept, with options across different price and quality levels for an overnight stay.
The room was better, but the bed wasn't comfortable.
