I had to ask for a blanket because one wasn’t provided at first. The bathroom was extremely dirty, especially the commode, and in very poor condition. The owner was rude and showed little basic courtesy toward guests. He should improve how he behaves and learn to welcome and communicate with people properly.

They accepted the online booking but then refused to honor it when I arrived to check in. This happened at night, even though I’d called during the day to say I would be checking in late. They could have told us then that they wouldn’t accept the online booking. Terrible check-in experience.

Really good service, and the cleanliness was the best. Room service was great too.

I heard recently that local police shut and sealed the hotel just two weeks ago after illegal activity was spotted on the premises. That raises serious safety and security concerns for guests.

The staff were polite, though they didn’t take much initiative, and getting basic requests handled was slower than expected. The rooms were clean, but the facilities seemed a little dated. Bathroom upkeep and Wi-Fi could use attention, and the hotel would benefit from better maintenance. Its central spot near Aghoria Bazar and Chowk is handy, and the price is reasonable for a short, no-frills stay. OYO Hotel Central Park is an okay budget option in Muzaffarpur, though there’s room for improvement.
