We held a party here, and it turned into a disaster. The food quality was terrible. Several things were stolen from our cars and bikes in the parking lot, and when we complained, management took no responsibility. There are no cameras or security guards in the parking area. The owner was extremely rude and had no manners, and the staff were just as bad. Save your money and don’t choose this hotel.
The place was very clean, with tasty food and good service. The hotel staff were very good, and MD Mr. Kapil was cooperative and a very nice person.
Please don’t visit this bad place. The staff were irresponsible and didn’t know how to speak to people. They seemed uneducated and had no sense of how to talk.
We booked the marriage hall and also booked a hawan kund, but they didn’t provide it. When we asked, the service people wanted extra money or a commission for everything. They would start arguments and use bad words, as if that would make people pay them easily. We ended up having to make our own hawan khund. The service was very poor.
