The atmosphere was lovely, and I enjoyed the feel of every part of the hotel. I also got to take a tour with Chef Adel, who shared interesting details about the property, stories from its past, and information about notable people who had visited. The rooms were clean, the décor was exceptional, and the reception felt warm. Service was excellent too. I loved the hotel in every detail, and it made for a memorable family holiday. Rooms 5.0, Service 5.0, Location 5.0. Hotel highlights: Luxury.

The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which really stood out. The food was delicious, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. I especially liked the amenities. The property is very close to the railway station, so getting around was easy and travel was hassle-free. It was a wonderful stay that exceeded my expectations, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The rooms were really spacious, and the food was very good. Adil also led a heritage tour and explained things well. From the warm welcome at reception onward, everything was good. My stay at The hotel center square Muzaffarpur was amazing, beyond words, and memorable. SEE YOU SOON, hotel center square.

We stayed here today and felt very comfortable. The staff made us feel at home, and we really enjoyed our stay. A very good hotel for couples.

The rooms, staff, and system were all terrible. Staff were abusing and fighting. I arrived at 5 in the morning after a 10-hour drive. At 10, the manager called, started abusing me, and said I had to check out or be charged 2050. About 15 minutes later, he came into the room shouting and abusing me. When we checked out, five or six local staff pressured us to pay 2050, saying they would beat us otherwise, and started abusing us. I have proof that I sent the money at 12:45 pm after the dispute. This hotel isn’t safe, guys. Go at your own risk. The worst hotel ever. Never book it.
