Hotel Adelphi Grande

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room itself was a letdown. The sheets and blanket were dirty, there was no bathroom mat, and the toilet spray was broken. Even after letting the water run for more than seven minutes, it never got hot. The elevator was out of order too, which made getting around really inconvenient. There weren't even basic supplies like a bottle of water or tissues in the room. Adelphi Grande Hotel needs a lot of maintenance, and I wouldn't recommend staying there until these problems are fixed.

Mr Abhay Dube is a very polite manager, and the staff are all nice. The service was excellent, so we recommend staying here. Hotel Adelphi Grang is on Buddha Marg in Kushinagar. Thanks to Mr Dube and the whole staff.

The rooms are okay, but the service was poor. We asked for a simple bottle of water and it didn't arrive for three or four hours.

The rooms are fine, and being set back from the road makes the place quiet. It's in a good location. The prices may be a little high, though they can be negotiated.
