Late at night I had a water problem, and a staff member responded right away, sorting it out quickly and politely. That kind of willingness to help at midnight made the stay much more comfortable and stress free. The excellent 24-hour service really stood out, and I appreciate the team’s dedication and professionalism. Thank you for the outstanding support, mr Prem Sharma.

The kitchen took great care with our fresh Jain meals, with no onion or garlic, and the food was delicious and hygienically prepared. The hotel is right in the heart of the city, with mountain views. Rooms were modern and clean, Wi-Fi was fast, and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended for families and anyone with specific dietary needs.

The room was quite good, and the view from it was osm. Service was good, the food was nice, and the staff were straightforward without being arrogant.

Our room looked straight at another building’s wall, with no mountain view at all, which really spoiled the stay. We had booked a different category but were assigned lower category rooms, and staff wouldn’t even acknowledge the mistake. The manager was rude, unprofessional, and showed little basic courtesy. Poor hospitality and management, with a misleading room allocation. I wouldn’t recommend Magellans The Golden Bridge, Lachung, to anyone expecting transparency and respectful treatment.
