Hotel exotica is well kept, with good food and proper hygiene, even though it isn't pure veg. It's also near Nature Rock formation Point. A wonderful place to stay on Neil and worth choosing.

Right by the natural rock bridge, at pretty much one end of Neil island, this is a calm, tidy spot away from the bustle. The in-house restaurant serves simple but tasty food. The gardens in front of the rooms are well looked after and make a nice place to sit with tea or chat. A tip: sort out transport ahead of time, or it may be a bit of a hassle. Renting a two-wheeler is best, or ask reception for auto and cab contacts.

The food was delicious, and room service and hygiene were great. Our experience at the resort was fabulous and worth every penny. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well equipped for a trip. Front desk staff Pradeep and Prashant provided excellent service. Natural bridge is within walking distance. Highly recommend.

The washroom smelled bad, and breakfast was painfully slow. They brought a masala omelette instead of a plain one, which delayed us further and made us miss our ferry. We had left our clothes drying outside the balcony, and a dog damaged almost 10 items. The staff took no responsibility for it. Poor service and management overall. Wouldn't recommend.
